High-achieving women experiencing burnout, chronic stress, and the pressure of holding everything together.

You may not need fixing—you may need support for everything you're carrying.

Why Capacity Protection™?

A Different Way to Understand Burnout and Overwhelm

Many people are not broken. They are carrying more than their emotional, mental, physical, and relational capacity can comfortably hold.

What You're Carrying

Responsibilities, expectations, caregiving roles, invisible labor, emotional weight, and the pressure to keep going.

Where Capacity Is Depleted

Burnout, anxiety, ADHD overwhelm, decision fatigue, nervous system overload, and emotional exhaustion.

How to Restore

Therapy helps you identify what needs support, what needs boundaries, and what helps you create a more sustainable life.

Capacity Protection™ is about helping you carry life differently — not asking you to simply push harder.

Anxiety & Overwhelm

Support for overthinking, worry, and nervous system overload.

🧠

ADHD & Executive Function

Help with task paralysis, planning, prioritizing, and follow-through.

Burnout

Care for emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, and compassion fatigue.

Caregiver Stress

For women and helpers carrying responsibility for everyone else.

About Me

Hi, I’m Cathy Ward

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I help high-achieving, compassionate adults navigate overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, ADHD, caregiving stress, and life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and personalized. I believe you’re not broken — you may simply be carrying more than your emotional, mental, and physical capacity can hold.

You don’t have to keep carrying it all alone.
